Logitech M240 Silent Bluetooth Mouse - Off White

Purchased this as I was too tight to buy the Apple mouse to use with my MacBook Air.

Nice little travel mouse. Very silent, however as soon as you connect a second bluetooth device to your machine (Like Bluetooth headphones) the mouse lags so badly its hardly usable. Would only recommend if you know you are not going to connect anything else. Nice little travel mouse. I bought this to replace a wireless mouse, as the bluetooth option offered a dongle free alternative, when my laptop only had 2 ports available. Having used it now for a couple of weeks, I cannot believe that I didn't make the jump sooner. The sheer convenience of it, without the risk of losing the use of a mouse because the dongle was misplaced. Cheap enough, comfortable size, and plug and play to start. Smooth to use, works on a wide range of surfaces, without the need for a mouse pad. The one I have at work is well used and is still very quiet when compared to a traditional mouse. I will buy these again when they eventually wear out as they are good value and do what is needed. They are small and compact sized so good for laptop bags and travel.

It's good. It's cheap. It's minimalistic, only two buttons and the wheel.
Advantages:
- stable Bluetooth connect, fast reconnect when your laptop wakes up from sleep
- silent smooth clicks
Disadvantages:
- mouse remembers only one Bluetooth connection, to re-connect to another device you need to process pairing from the beginning

I've set pushing the wheel to minimising all open windows which is a great security feature when dealing with sensitive information in an office.
